Sayonara

Summer of 2013 will go down as the biggest, craziest, funnest, most overwhelming, exciting, and awesome summer of Tamara Lynn Swanson's life.

Here's a break down of what has happened in the last few short months...

1. Graduated! I am now a Master of Social Work. Walked across the stage May 21st.
2. Engaged! The love of my life got down on one knee on June 19th. The memory is engraved on my heart forever (cheesy, but so true).
3. Moving! My love and I decided to get outta NYC and settle in the midwest. Minnesota here we come!
4. Turned 30! June 22nd...whoa.
5. Wedding planning! Date set for August 31st, 2013. Short engagement much?
6.  Licensed! I am now a Licensed Master of Social Work. Passed exam on June 26th.
7. Apartment! Lease signed on July 9th! First apartment with my man. Cannot wait to nest.
8. Job search! Someone hire me, please!
9. FREAK OUT!
10. BEST SUMMER EVER!

New York, you have been good to me. You kicked me on my butt more times than one, but I needed it. We both did. Without you, I'm not sure I'd have the 10 (or 8) blessings above. "Concrete jungle where dreams are made of," for sure!

Maybe someday we'll be back for Round 2 of life's mysteries and adventures.
